Blueberry Muffins


These delicious muffins are easy even for kids to make. You can freeze them too. Make 12 big muffins or 24 mini muffins. Mini muffins are decorated with chocolade and banana's slices.


2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 banana, sliced and grated chocolate for decoration mini muffins


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Combine beaten eggs, milk, melted butter. Mix with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries.


Fill muffin cups right to the top.


Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven, or until golden, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.


Let the muffins cool before taking them out of the pan.
These muffins could be frozen for later use and then re-heated in a microwave.


For decoration, put grated chocolate and banana slices on top of hot mini muffins.
